English Speech Recognition With Unsupported Language As Interface My computer (Windows 10 64bit) has an unsupported language (Hebrew) as the main language, and English US as the second. I can't use cortana because of my location, but I want to use Speech Recognition with Windows to make my workflow better.
When I give a speech recognition command such as "Show numbers," instead of following the command, it enters "show numbers" in the Search box. Using the command "Tab" or "Enter" in the dialog box also results in Speech Recognition (SR) typing those words in the dialog box, instead of exiting the dialog box.
My question is how do I switch the display that the MouseGrid appears on? Needless to mention I have multiple displays set up on my system..... Any Suggestions will be greatly appreciated

I was able to replicate the speech problem on all my Win 8.1 machines. Word 2010 in VISTA seemed to cope fine, though it did use whatever default voice was set for the OS. All my Win 8.1 machines have different hardware & specs, but are running Win 8.1 upgrades purchased during the 'Update Deal' Microsoft rolled-out last year.
The grammar check in Microsoft Word suggested I use "Read Aloud" on a phrase to hear how it sounds. However when I did, "Read Aloud" also read the space between each word saying "space" each time.
